I’m a female winemaker from 0 generation.
After travelling the South of France to make wines for others, I landed in the Corbières in 2000.
I’ve settled at the foot of the Alaric mountains, on its hillsides, going through 300m, clay, wild, tough, swept by the Cers, within vineyards and the garrigue with its vegetal, animal and mineral world.
20 years later, I’m following my research of my pleasant and virtuous cohabitation with this place… the Clos de l’Anhel.
My historical and organic wines
In 20 years, the soil has changed, the sun seems to have gotten closer, clouds carrier of rain have migrated, the winemaker has grown, and therefore, the wines have evolved but still have the same name, the “Lolo de l’Anhel”, a wink “to drink like a baby drink his milk”, “Les Terrassettes” which picture the place, les “Dimanches”, with its festive and exception personality.
